MUM, or the MikroTik User Meeting, is a conference held several times a year across the world. It is a gathering of all users of MikroTrik, an Internet Connectivity Hardware and Software provider based in Latvia.
David Attias of PennyTone LLC did a presentation at MUM in the United States last month. PennyTone has been working with PBXware for many years and supports many small and medium businesses. In his presentation, he discussed “Common VoIP Problems: How to Detect, Correct, and Avoid Them”.
